A support & Understanding Approach to Therapy
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Addictions Therapist with over 15 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and families. My clinical practice centers on helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, and substance use through an integrative, person-centered approach. Trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I emphasize emotional regulation, mindfulness, and healthy coping strategies—meeting clients where they are with compassion and authenticity.
My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection. Whether addressing challenges such as mood disorders, identity development, or the pressures of adolescence, I create a collaborative and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and rediscover their strengths.
I draw on evidence-based practices including DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Feedback-Informed Therapy. My counseling philosophy integrates warmth, humor, and data-driven insight to support lasting change. My clinical work also benefits from my background as a Director of Counseling and Student Wellbeing in school settings, where I’ve developed prevention programs, crisis response systems, and student mental health initiatives.
