  • Telehealth Clinical Supervision: As an Approved Clinical Supervisor, I offer clinical supervision for Master’s-level students and graduates in the process of licensure. My goal is to support ethical practice, professional growth, and the development of strong clinical skills. I provide the guidance and structure needed to help you build a successful counseling career.

  • Telehealth Clinical Counseling: I strive to provide compassionate, person-centered counseling for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and adolescent substance use challenges. Trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing I have an integrative focus on fostering emotional regulation, resilience, and personal growth.

  • In-Person Speaking Engagements: Experience delivering engaging, data-informed presentations for schools and community organizations on the adolescent brain and the current landscape of adolescent mental health, suicide prevention, adolescent substance use, and school strategies for cell phone policy — offering practical strategies to support student well-being and informed prevention efforts.

Drawing on 20 years as a Clinician and mental-health advocate, she leads practical keynotes and professional development on student wellbeing, suicide prevention, responsible cell-phone policy, and substance education. Dr. Lisa Roethling is a recognized school mental health leader and dynamic presenter who equips educators with practical, data driven strategies to boost student wellbeing.

As Director of Student Health & Wellbeing at Savannah Country Day School, she leads JK–12 counseling, nursing, and wellness initiatives that strengthen resilience and belonging. A frequent keynote and conference speaker, her sessions—spanning ADVIS & NJAIS, AISNE, TABS, the Dean of Students Conference, and more—deliver immediately usable tools on prevention education, balanced technology use, and whole-school wellness.
